In accordance with the **Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (Act P-44.1)**, we are registered with the Quebec Enterprise Registrar. Information relating to our company, including the names and addresses of the directors and ultimate beneficiaries, is available at the REQ, except for protected information (e.g., date of birth).

E-commerce obligations (Consumer Protection Act)**
In accordance with the **Consumer Protection Act (CPA)**, we comply with the following obligations for the sale of gaming PCs:

- **Clear information before purchase**: Our products are described in detail (technical characteristics, all-inclusive price excluding GST/QST, payment terms, delivery times, return policies).
- **Legal Guarantees**: All our gaming PCs are covered by the legal guarantees of the Consumer Protection Act (LPC), including:
- **Usage Guarantee**: The product must be usable for its intended purpose.
- **Reasonable Durability Guarantee**: The product must function for a reasonable period of time, depending on its price and the conditions of use (Article 38 of the Consumer Protection Act).
- **Warranty against hidden defects**: You can request a remedy if a non-apparent defect affects the use of the product.
- **Return and Cancellation Policy**: You have a right to cancel in the cases provided for by the Consumer Protection Act, particularly for contracts concluded remotely (e.g., 7 days to cancel if mandatory information has not been provided). Use of licensed video games**
Some of our gaming PCs may include licensed software or games. The use of this software is governed by the respective publishers' licenses, which must be respected for private use. Dispute Resolution**
Any dispute related to a purchase must be submitted to a Quebec court, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We do not impose clauses requiring recourse to arbitration or foreign courts.
